Kurt John is a Cybersecurity executive responsible for overseeing strategy, Governance and operations across Expedia Group's global enterprise. His remit includes Cybersecurity, Physical Security, and Privacy.
Previously, Kurt led Cybersecurity at Siemens' largest market globally, consisting of over $23B in revenue and 50,000 employees. This included product and infrastructure security. Kurt also had a global role as part of Siemens Cybersecurity Board - a body of top leaders across the company that steered Security for Siemens globally.
Kurt has also been appointed Virginia Innovation Partnership Authority as a member of the Board of Directors where he contributes to the continued economic and technological development of the Commonwealth of Virginia. He is also a non-resident senior fellow with the Atlantic Council's Scowcroft Center for Security and Strategy.
